Privacy statement
When you send me a message, you trust me with your details. Here's what I do with them, and above all what I don't.
Who am I?
Marketing Blondjes is the business of Rozemarijn Hendrikse, a photographer and content creator in Amsterdam. It is registered with the Dutch Chamber of Commerce (KvK) under number 82060010. I'm responsible for the details you share with me through this website. Questions? Email me at marketingblondjes@gmail.com.
What details do I receive?
Only what you fill in yourself, in the contact form or in an email or message to me:
- your name and email address;
- your phone number, if you give it;
- what you're getting in touch about, and possibly a date and location;
- whatever you write in your message.
Please don't include sensitive information in your message, such as details about your health. I don't need it.
What do I use them for?
- To reply to your request and set up a first meeting.
- To send you a quote and, if we work together, to prepare and carry out the shoot.
- For my accounts, such as invoices. I'm legally required to keep these.
I don't use your details for newsletters or advertising, and I never sell them. I'm allowed to use your details because you ask me to get in touch or send a quote, and because I need them to carry out our agreement (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR). For my accounts, my legal obligation applies (Article 6(1)(c) GDPR).
Who helps me with this?
I use Formspree for the contact form, my email runs through Google (Gmail) and the website is hosted by Netlify. They may only use your details to provide their service to me. Formspree stores data in the United States, under the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses.
How long do I keep your details?
- A request that doesn't lead to a booking: I delete your message no later than one year after our last contact.
- If we work together: details that end up in my accounts, such as invoices, are kept for seven years. That's the legal retention period in the Netherlands.
